About Us
Along the bustling streets of Mandaluyong lies a giant peach of a restaurant. Peach Boy aims to serve original and enticing food that’s also Instagram-able! It’s varied menu ranges from Filipino breakfast staples to Hawaiian-Japanese fusion dishes to classic American sandwiches and pastries.
While the logo may look like a franchise, Peach Boy is an original concept. The name is inspired by one of the owner’s favorite desserts, the Peach Cobbler, which is the restaurant’s specialty dessert. Peach Boy also drew inspiration from the popular Japanese folklore entitled Momotarō or Peach Boy, a tale of a young boy found inside a large peach who eventually grew up to be a courageous hero. The owner, Mr. Paolo Q. Rama, is a first-time restaurateur and an avid foodie who spent a lot of time sampling different cuisines while living in Las Vegas and New York. His passion for food even inspired him to take a course at the International Culinary Center and an externship at TV’s ‘Top Chef’ judge Tom Colicchio’s Craft Restaurant in New York City. When the opportunity arose to open a restaurant in the Philippines, he took it. With the help of award-winning chef and consultant Sonny Mariano, they came up with an exciting menu influenced by some of his favorite cuisines from different cultures.
With its spacious and cozy ambiance, Peach Boy Restaurant is a perfect place for parties, events, business meetings, or get-togethers with family and friends. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every moment will be more than just peachy at Peach Boy.
